Driven by a desire to introduce people to the benefits of a regular yoga practice, my classes promote body and mind awareness and create a balance between strength and flexibility. I caters to all levels and abilities; I break down postures, let new students feel at ease, encourage experienced practitioners to explore further and provide alternatives for injuries. With a focus on anatomy and keeping our modern bodies functional, I guide students to find connection with breath, body and mind, using intelligent and creative sequences.
